Volunteers Needed for Neighborhood Repairs
The Board is looking to gather a list of volunteers who would be willing to do neighborhood repairs and upgrades when it is warmer. Keeping these costs in-house will help keep HOA dues low. To volunteer, please email your name and phone number to brandonacreshoa@gmail.com

Thank you to all members who attended the February 7th Special Meeting at the pool. A quorum was achieved and ratification passed unanimously.
Please drop HOA dues payment in the secure mailbox at the pool or mail to 4672 Shay Terrace, Buford, GA 30519.
We are now accepting credit card payments for HOA dues.
The BAHA Pool is closed until Spring 2026
About Brandon Acres
Our Brandon Acres community was established in 1987 and prior to it, the land we now live on was a massive horse farm. We are now a pool and tennis court community with 112 homes.
